Hi, I’m Chloe.
Our family started eating vegetarian in 2010. That was when I began making vegetarian versions of the food we already loved at home. Familiar dishes, comforting flavours, just made a little differently.
In 2014, we opened our own vegetarian restaurant. It eventually closed after 2 years due to personal reasons, but the cooking never really stopped. Over the years, I also prepared meals for mothers at confinement centers.
I still remember seeing their faces light up when a warm meal arrived. That stayed with me. It reminded me that food can be more than something to fill the stomach. Sometimes, it is simply a way of taking care of someone.
In 2019, we started again from our home kitchen. What began as food for our own family slowly grew into everyday lunches, catering and festive favourites.
Through all of it, I’ve always cooked with the same thought:
Make something that adds a little joy to the table.
Something you open at lunchtime and feel a little happier to see. Something you can share when everyone comes over. The kind of food that quietly says, “Eat well, take good care of yourself."
And if you finish it without thinking too much about the fact that it was vegetarian — even better.
